SINGLE REFLEX

Single Reflex is a haunting serenade of dance theatre where another dream date shatters and twists into a recurring pattern of tragedy. This ‘Chaplinesque’ piece weaves layers of the unexpected with physical theatre, the original street dances of Boogaloo and Poppin’ (Funk styles) and spy camera technology. This creates a piece that bristles with provocative imagery that ricochets between the real and surreal, the comical and tragic.
